I love using shopto.net. The prices are some of the best around. Add to that the smoothness of buying with them and it really is an all around 5 star service.
Communication is of the highest quality including the unique use of attaching an image to your despatch email showing your package labelled up and being despatched. It's almost as good as having a video played to you of the company physically putting the package in the hands of a courier (probably too far to go!)
I would wholeheartedly recommend the company to a friend.
I was happy with the price, product, packaging etc! I have no complaints there. The website was simple to navigate and my order took about 10 mins to create
My areas of concern are with communication and postage.
Communication was poor throughout. No notifications of changes being made to the order and I was left to decipher responses to some of my emails.
Postage is confusing. The blurb on the website seems to promise first class on the day although my package took well over a week to arrive. Also I was given a link to the tracking website for Royal Mail although no tracking number was sent with this link?
Sort the communication out so people know what's going on. Get the despatch and postage sorted and the company could be something special.
