I started using myhermes a couple of months ago for my business.
I was chasing them for every single parcel.
approx 2 weeks ago I sent a parcel to a client, I was waiting for it to be delivered, then I got contacted by client who said that she found a note from myhermes under the door saying a parcel left in a green box outside.
The only green box was a recycling box, and nothing in it.
I was contacting them for days, spending a lot of money on the phone, all what they are excellent in is just apologizing, they keep apologizing all the day.
Then I sent another one for the same client, 4 days ago, and still saying Parcel delayed in transit, I called this morning they said the same , apologize and promise to call back within 24 hours, as they have been doing all time, but never call me back, I asked the customer service adviser to talk to a responsible, after spending minutes just convincing her to transfer my call, she was telling me that they are in meeting, after insisting she went a talk to a responsible, then came back to me and said they do not want to talk to me.
It's a waste of time, money and destroying my business.
I will never use again and I would not definitely recommend to anybody.
