I ordered a replacement projector lamp online on 2 day delivery and received nothing and no contact from the company. After ringing 3 times and sending 2 e-mails, Manir finally investigated and informed me that the product was not in stock. I was offered a refund or (another) wait.
I opted to still receive the product which arrived 2 working days later.
Wonder why that level of service didn't materialise sooner.
