Misleading Advertising
I have tried to order several things from Next on the "Order before 9.00 p.m. - Receive Next Day" service as advertised on TV. However, the items that I have wanted have never been available on this service. Is the advertising misleading?

When I placed an order with VistaPrint I found that I had signed up to a monthly payment for "membership" which was not explained to me at the point of order. It took a great deal of work to extricate myself from this "contract" and I would urge everyone to read the small print or ask the appropriate questions

Good Value and Service
I have really enjoyed shopping on line with John Lewis. On one occasion I only received 1 item from an order for 2 and the missing one was replaced immediately. It is efficient and polite and very quick.
