Unsatisfactory experience and time wasted through disappointing mismatch of website images

I found this supplier through an internet search for Heatmiser underfloor thermostat. I wanted a touch screen model to replace my defective one and identified the one required from the website. I established that the model was of the same dimensions as the one being replaced by first checking the size of the latter and placed the order. However, when it arrived, it turned out to be too big to fit as a replacement! This was because, while the website correctly displayed the image of the model being replaced, when I clicked on that to check its specifications, it actually gave the dimensions of another model, but this, of course, wasn't apparent, since I had correctly clicked on the website's image of the model being replaced. These dimensions were the same as those of the touch screen version I was seeking to order, so gave the impression that the replacement would be the same size as the original.

This is a serious defect that needs to be remedied urgently. The consequence is that I have wasted time, have to send it back, have to try and find out what the correct model replacement is and, of course, we continue to have a very cold kitchen in the middle of winter!

A good, helpful service

I needed a plinth heater, and some advice about the best one. They had to call the manufacturer, but were helfpul when I got back to them about it. Delivered within about 6 days.
