I've stopped paying for booking with the trainline now I've found I can get all my tickets at either Virgintrains or London Midland directly, regardless of which company I travel with. Same services without the booking fee - no brainier really! Just wished I knew before I spent a small fortune.
Today I start legal processes to recover my £675. They do not answer emails. I was once lucky enough to get a number for [name removed] from another company who had a problem with them, he promised to return my call in 2 days but never did.
UPDATE: Just got money back and a random phone call when I was at work from a delivery guy who turned up with Wardrobes, 6 weeks late and 6 weeks after I cancelled the order because of problems above.
