BUYERS BEWARE: When buying from Boohoo.com. My wife placed an order for £33.00 + £3.99 postage. She returned the item under UK Distance Selling Regulations 7 working day 'cooling off' period, whereby buyers can return an item for any reason and receive a FULL order refund. Boohoo only refunded £33.00. She complained and they said she didn't follow their returns procedure, which meant she also had to inform them in writing to their head office to receive a full refund.
I then emailed them and explained I run an internet business and know my rights 100% and they were wrong. They refused to refund me and had the arrogance to say I was incorrect even when I provided proof from the OFT website.
Finally we managed to recoup all our order value by filing a claim on Paypal and escalating it. They had no option but to refund. Trading Standards have been notified.
My advice would be to stay clear of boohoo. They appear to show contempt for their customers. IF you fee compelled to order from them ONLY US PAYPAL as if you change your mind getting a full refund is like getting blood out of a stone.

I made a purchase from Arkclothing which unfortunately developed a fault (nothing to do with them). I contacted them to arrange a return for refund. This was handled impeccably by their customer services team. An RMA number was obtained, I returned the item, a full refund was granted within hours of them receiving the item back and they also refunded the return postage.
Faults can happen with merchandise. A measure of a good internet shop is how it deals with such issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ark Clothing's customer services.
