Ordered an item to be told it would be over a week before delivery. Item was actually out of stock but there was no mention of this during the ordering process. I asked them about this and they said I needed to telephone them to find out if item was in stock! Completely defeats the point of online sales and is a sneaky way to take you're money before telling you about delay! Terrible customer services on top of this issue and wont be using Rutland cycles again!
