We are not sure if the customer has confused us with another Company. Our records show that the goods were ordered on the 23rd February and despatched the following day (so no delay with supply of stocks). In respect of the delivery we can advise that our records show that the order was sent out via Royal Mail 1st class.
We will contact the customer to request they to check with their local Post Office that they are not holding any goods for them that couldn't be delivered at the time and to then report back to us.
