I've found QuickQuid to be the most helpful payday loan company I've dealt with so far. I was particularly impressed with the online chat facility today - when I've used it before, I tend to simply get auto-generated responses, or copy-paste conversation, but my conversation with Shannon today regarding a loan topup really stood out. She took the time to answer my questions personally and in detail about topping up my loan, rather than copy-pasting from a set script. She also gave me additional information that I hadn't asked for, but that I didn't know and found useful (I wasn't aware that topups could only be done through C/S, I'd gone and completed a brand new loan application which I hadn't meant to do, and couldn't cancel!). She also offered to cancel the loan I had taken out in error, no questions asked. Shannon was very polite & helpful, and as a result I would not hesitate to recommend QuickQuid in the future.
