I had several confusing emails after having problems having funds available on the due date for my payment. The people who emailed were not helpful and did not make their information clear.
I went onto the website and spoke to Shannon who clarified things in minutes and who was kind enough to change the date of my payment so that I didn't have the same problem again (wages go in at unpredictable times on my pay date which means that the money isn't always there first thing in the morning).
My thanks to Shannon for sorting things out so quickly and for not making me feel like an idiot.
