Thanks for the feedback. Orders over £80 are carriage free, and we need to use the carriers for most of our products, which are considered hazardous and cannot be sent through the post.

A non-hazardous single Silver Ion, however, could be posted, but until now, our website was unable to cope with that individual situation. Today, we have upgraded the system, to automatically reduce the shipping cost of a small order of Silver Ions (and a number of other products) to £3.50.
