Customer services & company a disgrace to us customers.

I have sent over 40 emails to this seller about my previous complaint further down the lists about my refund, they did however refund my postal charges of £2:99 in which they still owe me £14:99.
Trading standards & my Solicitor have been informed about this incompetent seller.
The reason I am saying these comments is that my money as well as others is sitting in their account which quite frankly I find offensive and fucking pissed off the way I'v been treated.(TrustPilot,apologies for my swear word).

I am still awaiting my £14:99 refund and another email sent to this seller on the 12/03/2012 and surprise surprise,still awaiting reply.

When you purchase from this seller, be very weary about what you get and check your goods as soon as you get it to make sure it's what you asked for because they will make you wait and you will still await your refund like I am.
