Attentive Service

I ordered a Zoom multi-track recorder together with a couple of microphones and cables shortly before Christmas. I understood clearly from the website that I was too late for delivery by Christmas (this did not bother me) but I was impressed when, within an hour of the order being placed, I received a phone call from one of the staff just to confirm that I knew when the order would arrive so that I would not be disappointed. That was a nice touch. The recorder and microphones arrived on the due date but there were no cables. I phoned the help line where a member of staff checked his computer and said that they seemed to be coming from a different store and should arrive the following day. He said, however, that he would double-check this and phone me back. He was true to his word by calling me shortly afterwards. The cables arrived the following day. The e-mail and phone text messages are excellent for not just confirming the delivery day but, from the morning of the day itself, cutting this advice down to within an hour so that you don't have to stay in for ages. I have used guitarguitar a number of times and the deliveries have always been spot on. All in all, I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly, the products to be good quality and the delivery to be neat. The 'real time' ordering system also makes it clear what exactly is in stock and what is not.
