I placed an order yesterday at 17:10pm - got an email confirmation a few minutes later, and about 5 minutes after got an email stating my order had been posted! Clicked the link after an hour to confirm and there it was - had been picked up by the courier and was scheduled for next day delivery. My glasses arrived today and they are 100% real with warranty.
I don't think I've EVER bought anything online so easily and quickly - quite simply NO other company comes close in terms of speed and ease of buying.
The prices are pretty reasonable too - I got my glasses about £20 cheaper than the manufacturers website.
Can't recommend this site highly enough.

Just superb in every way
Everthing I order from Amazon is always with me within a couple of days - why can't other online sellers be like this (Play.com are you listening..?) Their prices are great and their delivery options are fantastic. Couldnt get any better imo.
Had to return my item as it broke about a week after it arrived. Amazons return procedure was very easy to use - The item was collected at no cost to me, it was returned to Amazon who refunded the money back to my card a few days later - fantastic company.

Used to be 5 stars, now they are lucky to get 2
Seems since Play were taken over by that rakuten company, the things I liked most about Play.com are now gone. Before they were taken over their prices were usually a few quid cheaper than the high-street & if you placed an order it was usually despatched the same day. NOW their prices are the same (sometimes a little more) than the high-street, and their ordering system is so slow. The past 3 or 4 items I've bought from them seem to take 2-3 days just for them to process and post - then add on an additional 3 days for it to clear customs - you're talking about a week to get your goods. I'm really THIS CLOSE to never buying from them again. Oh, and trying to review items on their site is a joke as well - I've done about 15-20 reviews all of which have not appeared on their site for no obvious reason - they contained no profanity or offensive remarks, just honest reviews about what I had bought. You dont get an email explaining why the review wasnt printed - the whole Play.com setup is an utter farce these days.
