Goodwill, not the way I'd do it!

I ordered 4 single duvets, non-allergenic. I received 4 cot size duvets.
I contacted customer services, and they needed photo evidence of the error sent to them. This was done & they were collected. I said that I wanted 4 single non-allergenic, & they said that these would be forwarded to me when the cot ones were received by them. I subsequently received 2 which were correct, and 2 which were not non-allergenic & weren't even advertised on the website. When I queried this, cust services said that they were an upgrade. I asked why I could not have the ones I ordered, & was told that they were an upgrade & was I happy with them. No. So these, again, were returned, after having to have photographic evidence prior to returning. Needless, to say I didn't order anymore.
I haven't ordered anything since.


Hot stuff, but usually lukewarm delivery

Items from Wowcher are very impressive & good quality, sometimes exceeding expectations. However, I am not impressed with the delivery times of any of the items I have purchase. They are always beyond the specified delivery date, and not just a couple of days either. Brush up on this & you'd be 5 star.

I had ordered a lawn mower from Amazon, & when it arrived the cable lead holders had snapped.
I emailed them to ask if they could supply replacement holders, and received a very courteous reply advising me that they could not, but would replace the whole machine, supplied returns label, & all details I would need to make the return via a courier who would collect from my home.
They also upgraded the replacement delivery from Super Saver to First Class.
What more could you ask for? Totally impressed with this company, who have never let me down in all the years I have been shopping with them. Brilliant, x

no delivery for 2 weeks

I ordered catfood for my moggies on 16.02.12, delivery is SUPPOSED to be 3-5 days, fair enough. After a week, I emailed the company to chase my purchase. They said the order had been lost by the courier (?), and would get Despatch Manager to chase up immediately & contact me with follow up. Nothing happened, so contacted again a few days later. They said sorry, my goods were now out of stock, but on the next delivery to them, it would all get sorted out. 12 days after I ordered I received a telephone call to say that the goods had arrived & would be in the post. Goods finally arrived 14 days after the order. No where near good enough. Do you think I should shop here again?!?
