Ordered fridge was told 7-10 w.days for delivery, after almost 3 weeks Redhill still couldn't give me a delivery date. I had to chase as they hadn't told me of any delay. They said the item still wasn't in stock from the supplier. Yet they had had my money from the order date almost 3 weeks prior. Unacceptable service. When i called to cancel the order the guy from Redhill said he didn't blame me!! Ordered from appliance direct & got a delivery date for 2 days after. Maybe £20 more but wish i had done this from the start. I have a baby & to be without a refridgerator for 3 weeks has been a nightmare.
