Great product and customer service
I ordered an iPad skin for a Christmas gift. The product was very easy to customize and make online, and it was very well made. I tried to use a coupon code but it wasn't going through. I needed to order it right away so it would arrive on time so I placed the order without the discount. I contacted customer service about my problem and they refunded the amount of the discount! I would assume other companies would say I was out of luck since I didn't use the coupon at the time that I placed the order. I am very pleased and will use this company again.

Best service, selection and website
The website is so easy to use. I can easily find what I want and the suggestions of what I might like are very helpful.
I had a problem with a pair of shoes, contacted customer service and even though they were worn, they allowed me to exchange them. I requested the exchange 8pm Thursday and the new shoes were here by 2pm on Friday - AMAZING!

Quick service, great prices
I have been ordering prescription pet food from PetFlow and am very pleased. I used to shop around for the best price every time i needed to order cat food, but now I can just go to PetFlow and know that I am getting the best price and FREE shipping which is a huge plus
