Order placed and paid for on 10th March 2013 for in-stock item. WAE+ unable to supply so order cancelled 20th March and item purchased (cheaper!) from PC World. WAE+ required up to 30 working days to process refund back into my credit card account but after much chasing they eventually informed me on 7th May that they were having a 'technical issue with their payment merchant' and would issue me a cheque refund instead within 3-5 working days. Still no sign of a refund. Perhaps they only work one day a month or perhaps they are just crooks!
