The Perfect Transaction
I ordered from Toolstop because their prices were excellent and they also offered free next day delivery. From the minute I ordered, I was kept informed of the progress of my order and the goods arrived when they said they would, the next day. Brilliant! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!
Epic Cycles
Brilliant Service!
I was looking to buy a new road bike, and stumbled across the Epic Cycles web site by accident during my research, and they had the bike I wanted at a very good price so I thought I'd give them a go. My email request was answered quickly and after a quick phone call I made an appointment to go over for a bike fitting which was free if purchasing a bike from them. So, over I went, and after a few hours of setting up, swapping stem lengths ( at no extra charge ) and swapping the saddle for a womens specific one, where I only had to pay the price difference between the current saddle and my new one, I went for a quick road test and left as a very happy customer with a nicely set up shiny new bike. I would definitely buy again from Epic Cycles!

Generally Good
I've bought a lot of stuff from Wiggle over the past year, and my experience has been a generally positive one. They are not the cheapest company around (although sometimes pleasantly surprise me!) but seem to have regular offers on, the free delivery usually arrives within a couple of days and the customer service I have received so far has been good.

Always Great Service
I've been using Ribble regularly for around 6 months now, and their service has always been great with excellent prices, quick delivery and in the case where they got my order wrong, a willingness to bend over backwards to put things right. They also answer emails, and in a timely fashion which is more than can be said about a lot of online traders these days.
