The process of shopping online and choosing a whisky for my Dad's christmas was good. I picked a gift pack of Talisker with 2 glasses.
It came quickly and packed well but the box has damage on the see through panel. I thought it was the glass that was damaged but it was only the box. I went to email the Whisky Exchange to advise them that I was not happy as this is a gift but there was only a telephone number. I prefer to email firms so I have a record of what is discussed etc but this was not an option. I didn't want to send it back in case it was not replaced quickly and I needed to send it away. I was just a bit disappointed that the box was not 100% and my Dad will receive it like that.
