I ordered a PS3 mid November for my husband's Xmas present. As I hadn't received it after 2 weeks, I phoned and was told that it had been sent for packing and I would receive it within a few days - I didn't. I tried phoning again on 18th December only to get a continuous engaged tone. On Xmas eve, I ended up having to buy one last minute from elsewhere. Over the Xmas period, I kept trying to phone them, but was still getting the engaged tone. On 2nd January, I phoned again and got the unobtainable tone, realising that I'd been scammed, I contact the Visa company, who have since refunded me and are taking it up with Gamesbasement directly.
