Delivery driver left pallet on driveway and only after some debate agreed to let me unpack the stuff off the pallet to check before he left. Was wrongly advised on type of towel rail valves required, but was given the same valves again on exchanging them - this meant two trips to the trade counter. Customer services attitude is that any faults should be identified by the customer ant time of receipt, even if this is not always practical, and are not particularly understanding or sympathetic when problems are not identified early. So make sure EVERYTHING is fully checked on receipt.
