I have repeatedly contacted the two departments who have completely failed to offer any kind of product support, or attend to my complaints regarding the failure of the technical support. I have contacted them repeatedly at my cost, sent them log data, and set-up info, only to be told the tech support worker could not work out what was wrong.
I had to tell them how IP protocols work and that the printer is not compatable with Vista or Kaspersky.
This seems shows a complete disregard for your customers,
I have found the order very poor, the quality of the flowers were not very good, most never opened even with the addative supplied and died within a few days. I would have been better off getting them from Tesco where i could have picked the quality, and they would not have been delivered in a cardboard box instead of a bouquet.
