This is not a trendy shop for teenagers - it is a shop for housewives and clerks! So say Lord Marks. Let us not forget that there are some very fashionable housewives and clerks and it is about time that this disintegrating company went back to its original philosophie

This is the only supermarket where the customer counts. The service is exceptional and you are always treated with courtesy and respect - the same can no longer be said of other major supermarkets who treat you as a till filler and nothing more. Good old fashioned service is the order of the day with Waitrose. Thank you
