Excellent Service

After I searched the web for the best priced Blackberry Playbook, e2save was the winner. I ordered it on Thursday morning. I then decided to read the reviews about e2save as I had never heard of them. All I read was bad reviews, 1 star ratings and lots of complaints. This got me really worried. Most of the complaints had to do with their phone contracts, so I was pretty safe. Also I discovered they're owed by Carphonewarehouse. So I had a little more confidence.

After my payment had cleared (took about 3 hours) I was kept fully informed about my playbook. They sent me tracking details and constantly updated its whereabouts. The playbook was dispatched the same day, and arrived the very next day. Not many companies act this fast and with such good communication. Pity people who get this kind of service don't bother to write the reviews, only the negative ones take the time.
