use to use alot

I use to buy a lot of dvds blurays and cds from but some of the companies on there arnt the best, I ordered a dvd which arrived and turned out they sent the wrong one, so I arrainged for a return I didn't get a pre paid sticker from the company so I had to pay for the dvd to be returned and when they got it back they only refunded the price of the dvd not the return postage or the postage I paid to get it in the first place and nothing has been said when I have enquired, also I ordered a cd which said would be with me within 3 days after ten days I sent an email for them to tell me lost in transit and gave a refund I found out this company had done this to a lot of people. took orders then said lost in transit, im abit wairy to order now


no as good as use to be

I use to be a regular fashion world customer, but I find that there clothing is getting more exspensive but the quality is getting very I have not ordered anything for over a year now think. I have been put off completely


little slow at sending items out

I ordered a mirror that said in stock but I had to wait two weeks for it to be delivered thought it would've been quicker,but when it did arrive it was very nice so I suppose worth the wait, I also got a jacket last year using there discount vouchers which has turned out to be a very good buy been well worn and still looks like new


no problems so far

I have been ordering from argos direct for a very long time and had loads of items delivered, and never had any problems with anything even when I have had to return large item such as a wall unit because it didn't go with my other things, I phone up and within 3 days they were back to collect it, the guys are very friendly when they get here and when there are large items there always happy to take them to the room I want,I'll carry on ordering online because its the easy way and getting delivered for a small price is worth it.. saves hugging large items..A no I do not work for argos...Iv just had no problems..


so far so good

my first order was for a mirror which arrived on time and in one piece, very happy with the service, so I decided to order some furniture, I ordered the toulouse pot/bedside stand/unit and the 4 drawer small chest which was lovely and was ready made no flat pack just open the box and put in place, this furniture is nice if you like the French shabby chic stuff and at a good price,the items arrived on time and I was kept informed all the way along right up to delivering to the door, delivery guys quick and friendly,,very please with dunelm mill so far, I have now ordered another set of furniture in the toulouse range for the spare bedroom, hopefully everything will be as straightforward as last time if not I will be back to let you know..very happy so far so good


stroppy delivery

I ordered 2 bags of 60 kg compost and 2 15 kg compost and a fair bit of other stuff as being in a wheelchair I thought it would be easier..ordering was simple and i ordered for next day delivery which i got, but there was nothing on the website about the delivery guy not going to deliver the big bags to the door just because he had to walk about 8 ft, he said if he had know he would of brought his sack truck(eh why do they not carry this anyway) and i wasn't asked when placing the order how far he would have to walk, he also said we a delivery men not removal men..anyway he delivered the items and i told him to put them in the bedroom as its a bungalow and is nearer to the door he was using..and no way was he going to take them out the back..I would use wilkinsons again..just hope don't get the same happy delivery. or that wiil be my last..


cream patio furniture..

I ordered a set of patio furniture which i now use in my kitchen as i liked it in there and was a nice size with a shabby chic look.It was a very good price and the table and chairs fold up.I had no problems with delivery i was emailed when it was going to arrive..When the guys arrived they took my two boxes through to my kitchen and were rather nice..not sure if this would happen every time..but we will see, maybe because im in a wheelchair it has its advantages sometimes l.o.l...I have given a 4 star because there was a couple of chips out of the chairs, but i wasn't going to send it back for that,..anyway i was happy with the delivery and the order arrived quickly..

Garden Bargains

do not buy,plants just thrown in a box.

I ordered 2 canary date palms last july and they were just thrown in the box. packaging useless and one of the pots was broken one of the trees died and the other is just to say hanging on and i brought it in for the winter they said fine to leave out but i didn't take the chance i think that's why it is hanging on, i also ordered 3 oleanders i was told fine to leave out, i got them in summer last year and were three different sizes and they all died within a month of each other when they arrived they were just laid in the box as if they had just been pulled up by the tops and wrapped in a plastic bag and thrown in the box there was soil all in the bottom of the box., there plants are rubbish and a total waste of money and time. would never buy again i tried to email but no joy so gave up...

would recommend no problem

i bought Arden grange lamb and rice 12 kg bag and was the cheapest i could find including free p+p it was very quick delivery in fact within 48 hours, i would use again no problem..


aftersales service is rubbish..

i ordered an electric fire suite online, it arrived but when we plugged it in after a couple of days the lights didn't work and then the fan on the heater broke after two days.. it took two weeks to return it i asked if there was a replacement they said no... I had already got someone to cut out my skirting to fix the fire to the wall so when the fire was returned i was left with the holes in a newly plastered wall and a gap in my skirting i told homebase about it and they just didn't care,it took 5 emails and 6 phone calls to sort it..I wouldnt buy anything electrical from them again
