Where do I start! I ordered a bed frame from this company and I never knew when I placed the order that it will be the start of a long saga! To start with, two components of the bed arrived damaged. So far that is not entirely unexpected (although it is not a good start). But then when I complained about this and asked for replacement parts and that they pick up the faulty- rather bulky- parts, they sent someone to collect the faulty parts BEFORE supplying the replacement, and without prior notice of collection/delivery times. Of course I could not give them the faulty parts because clearly someone was daft enough to expect us to sleep on the floor while waiting for the replacement part to arrive! Anyway, when the alleged replacements arrived they turned out to be the wrong colour! So at that point we had a faulty bed plus another set of faulty parts lying around in the house taking up space. We complained again and this time asked for compensation in addition to the correct parts which- finally and after all that delay- had arrived. Bear in mind we had paid more than 600 Pounds for that bed, but still they did not feel obliged to offer us a discount due to their poor service. Instead, they offered us a ‘set of duvets’ as a compensation, and requested that we dispose of the faulty items ourselves! I still do not understand how they thought that a customer should not hire a van or a skip to get rid of this company’s own rubbish! But anyway, after a long negotiation, we came to nothing apart from them picking up the faulty items (as they should have in the first place) and deliver the correct replacement (again, as they should have in the first place). Of course, by then, it was a good 3 months between placing our order and finally having the complete bed that we ordered!
My advice: if you have a weak heart or are a very polite person who innocently expects what you have been promised when you pay for your item, then perhaps this company is not good for your health!
