Normally i get my MOTs and services done on a garage around the corner. Not the biggest in the world or cleanest but timely, reasonably priced etc. But i got a mail from KwikFit advertising a half price MOT so i thought i would try it. And as normal i got an interim service at the same time. Everything very nice booking in etc...all organised by in afternoon i was told to pass would need new front discs and pads which would cost £300. I checked around...first at the main dealer who told me £350 for manufacturers parts or £180 for compatibles parts. And this is a main dealer who is an expensive dealer! I check with Kwikfit and was expecting them to say £300 was for original parts but it was only for compatible unipart ones. What a rip!!! Just made an apointment with new MOT and brake fit back to my carage for £200. That will teach me
I purchased a belkin router and selected it specifically on a product number. Fast delivery...except wrong product...belkin cable...different product number but same price. Got in contact with customer service for returns number...a bit difficult to get there direct number...and the girl said 'yes, sometimes this happens...dont know why it is but heard this before. Sent goods back asking for full refund and the cost of sending heavy cable back (£20). They refunded good but not charges or postage for cable. I compained again and eventually they funded most of charges but not postage. I compained again. No answer. I will now ask visa to cancel original payment
