A WEEK AFTER I ORDERED A MIRROR FROM BATHROOM TRENDS I GOT AN EMAIL TO SAY IT WAS OUT OF STOCK SO I CHOSE ANOTHER MIRROR BUT AFTER TWO WEEKS AND SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLS LATER I HAD STILL NOT RECEIVED IT SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND THREE DAYS LATER A DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE BUT I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT REPLACEMENTS SO I REFUSED THEM. I RANG AND EMAILED BATHROOM TRENDS TO TELL THEM THEY HAD BEEN REFUSED AND I WANTED A REFUND WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD WHEN THEY ITEMS WERE RETURNED. I RANG THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN I WOULD GET MY REFUND AND EVEN OVER A WEEK LATER THEY SAID THEY HAD NOT GOT THE GOODS BACK SO NO REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF ARE QUITE ABRUPT AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL !! WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
