Has a couple of bad experiences where orders have been placed on-line but due to the overnight process not running or some excuse no goods turn up which is annoying but what makes the problem worse is the attitude of the people you have to speak to. They try to apportion the blame back on the customer instead of going the extra mile. If you're desperate then try you luck otherwise find someone more professional.
Order process was fine - that's the only good point.
If you stated on your website that you used Yodel I would never have ordered from you. Received an email from Yodel stating it would be delivered on Saturday. Waited the 8 hours at work waiting for the delivery; nothing turned up.
Spoke to Yodel today (Monday) they don't know where the parcel is so I let you guys know. Spoke a one of your ladies and told her about the email I received and she says you don't request Saturday deliveries; that's great but the email states something very different!
So still don't have any goods and can't really be bothered to chase the idiots at Yodel so hopefully I'll be getting money back and use a reputable company with decent couriers. The delivery is part of the overall service that's why I would never recommend your company; you chose the couriers so it was your choice.
Ordered my items on a great website with no issues. Received a phone call as one item was not in stock. Castleberg still sent the in stock items and the last received a few days later.
I have no complaints and would definitely use them and recommend them again.
