I ordered my Bean Bag through a Groupon Voucher three weeks before Christmas and was promised they would be delivered in time for Christmas. They didn't arrive until the second week of January..
Then the bean bags were then too big and the material felt horrible so I decided to email them for a refund, got no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Phoned through several times, no answer. Then went to Groupon to see if they could help me get in contact with them, but three weeks later still no reply. I'm on the verge of going mad and just throwing them out, as they're taking so much room in my house as well. But don't want to give in, as they costed me so much money.
Ordered the flights to America and back cheaper than any other companies, including Virgin at very last minute. Thought it was a bit outrageous that they're now asking for £25.00 in order to reserve the seat you want, however we were allocated window seats so that didn't matter.
Once we got to the airport this morning the flight was delayed by an hour, however we didn't mind walking around the duty free and getting something to eat in order to waste some time. The service on the plane was also great, with drinks regularly brought round and great food.
