Just wanted to say it's nice to find a company that actually gives great customer service! I bought my son an Innotab in July 2012, the screen broke within a month of him having it. I took it back to our local Argos store and they exchanged it without a quibble. The Innotab then failed to switch on in Feb 2013. I took it back to my local store again with the receipt and said that the Innotab wouldn't switch on. They said that they don't have a repair facility so looked to see if they had that item in stock. Unfortunately they no longer stock this item as a new model has been brought out. This was more expensive and I wasn't prepared to pay the price difference so asked for my money back which again without quibbling, they refunded my money. Fantastic service Argos, thank you!!
I used MFYP as they quoted the highest price for my Blackberry 9800. I had tried to sell it on Ebay without success. I sent the phone off myself paying for the postage, only because I wanted to speed things up. Got an email the next day confirming they had received my phone, followed very quickly with another email saying they had tested my phone and they would give me the price they had originally quoted. The phone had chips on the top corners and I thought they would try and rip me off by giving me less than the original quote but they didnt. Was advised what date the money would be in my account, it arrived 3 days early. They do say 10 working days for the money to arrive. Very impressed and would use again!
