We were really sorry to hear that the customer was unhappy that an item they purchased had subsequently been put in the sale. We recognise it is unfortunate for the customer, however there is no guarantee that the item would be in the sale or still available had they delayed there purchase (it is unlikely in this case as the customer order the last of that size). We hope that this does not spoil their enjoyment of the items and that they have a very pleasant holiday.
