Terrible Company

Completely unacceptable service. These guys screwed up my order - they told me they were having a software problem - then after way too many e-mails back and forth to try and fix the mistake, they still sent me the wrong order. And it was late even though I had paid for the highest premium shipping. My cards - which had a marriage announcement on them - could not be sent out on time and I was forced to go with a local printer at high cost for a rush order just to have something. Terrible, terrible experience. Their reaction to me was absolutely rude and unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT KNOW THE PHRASE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR THE WORD PROFESSIONAL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
