Contrary to what some people post, Newegg has given me proof of being on the way to having a great customer service. I had a little mishap with their customer service, but they are hiring new employees, since they are growing and it is understandable. I complained about the way their representative talked to me and received great response from their staff and director. If you are not heard at first, you should always escalate issues and you will get a good response from companies like Newegg. Ask to talk to a manager, push the issue and things will improve. Given their prices, growth, and recent events, I must give them 5 stars.
