Absolutely total disaster!!!!!

Thanks to the total cock-up by your company, I have not yet received it but then I did not expect it until 26th March. Unfortunately you decided to send it early and it now seems to be bobbing backwards and forwards between DPD's Exeter depot and my home in Somerset where there is nobody to take delivery. I am still in France until 25th March. This has been a really unhappy experience and at the moment it shows no sign of improving. Since then things have deteriorated further and I will be seeking financial compensation from the company.
