Excellent service
As a rule I don’t write reviews, however I’ll make an exception for these guys. Simply the best rates on the market, but also combined with the best customer service. They call you back, they tell you their names, they are polite and most of all they are efficient.

Toolstation
Appalling service from Toolstation – do not use them!
I’ve been waiting for 5 days for a delivery from Toolstation . I phone twice a day and get two different answers every time. They constantly blame it on their delivery company Yodel.
They just don’t care about customer service – my advice is to stay well clear of them until they stop using Yodel as a delivery partner.

Agee with everything thats been said before, Yodel is rubbish and toolstation are rubbish for using them. Abysmal customer service from both compaines
