My first order from formymobile and everything was good. New Tocco Ultra touch screen arrived promptly (despite the snow!) and exactly as described. The best thing though are the detailed disassembly and fitting instructions - I've used these once before to replace a Tocco Ultra cable. The instructions work amazingly well, just sit in front of your PC and follow the pics step by step.
Bought a Superdry Hoodie, barely worn, zip broke within two months (which counts as faulty goods within the sale of goods act).
Contacted care@supergroup.com and was given a clear instruction to return it to "a store" for examination. (It's a broken zip!)
So (not unreasonably) I follow their instruction to the letter and return it to my nearest store - a full, Superdry-branded to all intents official High Street store, who refuse to have anything to do with and are not interested.
So I contact care@supergroup.com again, who tell me its a franchise and cannot accept items back! Shame I didn't get a clearer instruction first time around. What am I supposed to do, search the Companies House database before I do returns. They said "a store", I returned it to "a store".
Now I'm faced with a massive round trip to a store which looks exactly like the store I've just been rejected from. It would have been a great example of customer service to offer me a returns label the second time around.
