This company is a joke and clearly use a special needs people as drivers. Came to my house today just to rip the sticker which indicates my flat number and then said couldn't locate the address. Don't know why they do this things but they do and I am scared I'll never receive my new phone. Wonder how a big companies like 02 still use this sorry excuse of a delivery company.

Changed the delivery address 5 times the muppets continue to deliver on the same old address. I have no words to describe how incompetent and out of order those people are. Last time I am buying something from a company that uses them.
