DON’T TRUST THEM! They are advertising stock they don’t yet have!
I ordered the Kindle Fire HDX on 3 Nov 13 and selected a delivery date of 5 Nov 13. Did not arrive, even though I had an
E-mail stating the order had been picked? I rang the Cust Servs on 6th and she said having problems with this item from supplier, how can the order be picked then? I asked to cancel, but told to refused delivery whenever it did arrive (And she could not say when? Laughable or what!) Once ARGOS gets the item back, they will refund within 7 days…. Everyone is very sorry!, so am I!
13 Nov 13: Still awaiting a refund a FULL 7 days after cancellation ARGOS really need to get there house in order!
This is NOT the 1st time I have had problems with ARGOS on-line shopping, but it will be the last! ORDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL! I now need the £229.00 back, before I can buy from somewhere else! I give them an interest free loan of £229.00 and don’t even get offered compensation or a gift voucher (To order something else they don’t have!!).
