Brilliant service delivered when they said thay would, txed me when before they got here. PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBLY!
Lets not blame it on the Company, People need to read Term's and Condition's. If you don't like then don't agree to them.
The best one I have heard is the driver didn't wont to get his van dirty. Yodel returned the item to us for some unknown reason.
So I replaced the item for the customer, couple of days later got another phone call they have just thrown my PS3 over my six foot wall.
So then I had to arrange a return for the customer and issue a replacement.
Then I got another phone call off the same person saying Yodel have delivered the package BUT left it in the bin an the bin men have been.
All this happened to one customer.
Just goes on and on!
Lucky I'm only a customer service adviser. If I had it my way would cancel the contract with them and go <external link removed>.
Company's do have bad points like the one I work for but every day we work to improve them!
