I ordered a pushchair from bambino direct beginning of January which I was assured would be with me within 7 days. Several phone calls and emails later, I have still yet to receive my order despite them having my money for over 8 weeks. I have subsequently cancelled and gone to John Lewis, which is where I should have gone to in the first place. Never again will I order from this company.
