"No Guarantees" Guaranteed.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU NEED THE ITEMS IN A TIME SENSITIVE MANNER. "No guarantees" should say in the website.
I placed the order for 2 items that were "in stock" and going to be shipped the same day (they have a sign of Guaranteed Same Day Shipping" in their website) and delivered within 5 days. it was shipped 3 days later and one item arrived over TWO WEEKS later. In the phone they said it was back ordered and they do not have "real time" system. The second item may arrive next week, but no sure. I cancelled the second item and got it from a competitor.
They are unreliable!
