Promised Credit - But it never came!

Dear Infurn,

I had ordered 3 items. 2 Nelson Benches and 1 Eileen Gray table. One Nelson Bench arrived late, one Nelson Bench arrive broken, and the Eileen Gray table never came.

I was credited for the one broken Nelson Bench - thank you.

I was told the Eileen Gray table was broken and would not be delivered to my home and I was told I would be credited. You have all my bank information and have confirmed that I am on the refund list since October 18th. However, I still do not have my refund for the Eileen Gray table (1729 NOK). I have sent numerous e-mails since October 18th to see where this credit is and now no one from Infurn is returning my e-mails. I would like to close this issue. Please advise. I had paid for an Eileen Gray table over 1.5 years ago.
