1st Choice Parking Ltd

An average & not very professional service, but cheap - you get what you pay for!

Information on where to find the collection point not totally clear.
Eventually identified the collection agent.
Had to wait for the return. Problems on return.
I judge a company on how they respond to problems & alas First Choice did not respond as well or as promptly as I would have wished, particularly in relation to alleged damage to my car. I will not be using them again.

I am sorry that your experience with us was not as it should be.
Detailed instructions regarding the meeting point are both on the website and the confirmation which you received and I am sorry if you found both of these unclear.
As you are aware we investigated your complaint fully and did this as quickly as possible and responded to every email and query which you had to the best of our ability and as quickly as we could.
We apologized for the inconvenience caused by a driver adjusting your seat and steering wheel whilst driving your vehicle but as explained occasionally these adjustments are necessary but we try to keep them to a minimum.
With regard to damage on your vehicle,This was proven to be pre-existing damage and not the fault of 1st Choice Parking. I am very sorry that you are not in agreement with this and that there was nothing further that we could do.

The rip off experts

The flight from Birmingham to Edinburgh was fine - friendly airport & cabin staff, comfortable aircraft.
The REAL problem is with Flybe's own and their contractor staff at Edinburgh.
Firstly their cabin baggage allowance is 10% smaller than everyone else's, BUT they don't make that clear (use VERY small print). Then they let you fly north with the bag, but on the way back they want to charge you because they want to put it in the hold. Inconsistent, an exit from Scotland tax, or just Edinburgh staff incentivised to wring the max from travellers (where the bag DID fit the frame the gate staff then weighed it to see if they could tax the pasenger that way! All their Edinburgh staff were unhelpful to the point of being confrontational - not what one expects in a business where service is paramount.
and the captain on the Edinburgh Birmingham flight gabled his intro message as if he was trying to break a speed record for a bet.
This on top of being told, when I had to cancel one leg of a return flight, that it wasn't worth reclaiming the tax (actually it was!), and I couldn't keep the seat for more leg room, if I didn't release it back to Flybe for them to sell again the return leg would be cancelled.
There are buidget airlines, and then rip og=f Flybe. You can guess who will be using next time I fly.
