I had a bad experience with a restaurant (entirely their fault, nothing to do with the intermediary), and the guy I spoke to in customer service (Oliver) was absolutely lovely, really apologetic and sorted it out immediately. If I was reviewing the restaurant it would be a very different story... but Hungryhouse themselves were brilliant.
I do all my shopping online except for fresh fruit and vegetables so I use this website all the time! I often find that supermerket's websites are not laid out very well, and it's difficult to find specific products - they usually direct you to special offers or alternatvies that are way more expensive than the product you want to buy! Mysupermarket has a great lay out, it's so simple to use and you can save your lists to save even more time in the future. The only small negative is that sometimes it takes a while for the basket to be sent between mysupermarket.com and the supermarket's website, but I'm sure that could be someting to do with my internet connection too!
I have made 3 purchases from e5p so far, and haven't had any problems - although one is still to be despatched, so fingers crossed! One of my first purchases was a pair of wedge boots, which are so fab that I've already ordered them in another colour. It's obvious that they buy bulk stock in awkward sizes, that underperformed in high street shops etc - some of it does look a bit rubbish (fake leather/PVC jackets, tacky dresses) - but as long as you have the ability to sift through the bad bits, there are loads of great choices on here, and for £5 I don't really think you could expect any more! Website is also really easy to use and you can sign up for a newsletter with the "New Arrivals" to avoid them selling out of your size before you have a chance to buy.
