This has been an awful company to deal with.
Our bed finally gave up back in January so on the first of Feb we went to DREAMS looking for a new one. We eventually chose a new mattress and bed worth almost £1000.
I was told I needed to call a number to arrange delivery. This took 1 1/2 hours on 2 separate occasions with each call being about 45 minutes.
I eventually managed to arrange a delivery date and was told that the driver would call a couple of days before. Not only did the driver not call but my delivery never turned up either. I called to find out what was going on and they said they would rearrange it. guess what? That delivery never turned up either.
I called back and was told that YODEL were holding my items waiting for something from DREAMS but it had just cleared. I was told I would get the delivery next week (3rd time (Un)lucky).
I then waited for a call from the driver, again as promised and again neither driver called or item turned up.
Quiet frankly this company suck and I will never go to one of their stores again. As soon as I have finished writing this review I am calling them again and cancelling my order (which they have already taken one payment from me).
