A swift and efficient service

I ordered a Shakespeare Telescopic Beach Rod and 5 Storm Beach Leads from AB Fishing. My order arrived swiftly and was well packed. I am really pleased with the rod and look forward to giving AB Fishing some feedback when I get to try it out in May.

Although I received the wrong kind of leads (pear leads instead of casting ones) your staff addressed the matter very quickly and even let me keep the pear leads in addition to sending replacements. This wasn't a major problem and I can quite see how the error occurred as the leads are similar in appearance. But for this I would have rated this 5 out of 5 stars for a good quality service.

This is the fourth order I have made from your company and I intend to use your services again!
