Having ordered an item on line, I had an acknowledgement of my order but the status was never updated. I phoned after two weeks and was told that the item was out of stock but they had been too busy to let me know! Hopefully should revive the item in three weeks
I ordered my Miele dishwasher online one evening. First thing next morning I got a call to tell me the delivery date and that I would get another call thew day prior with a 3 hr time slot. They phoned me in the evening of the day prior to confirm a delivery date and time.
The delivery was made exactly when they said and the whole transaction has been really well handled.
